By placing an order for Products on our website, you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Ordering and payment. You can place an order for Products on our website by adding the Products to your shopping cart and following the online checkout process. We accept payment by credit card or other methods as specified on our website. Your order will be deemed accepted by us when we send you a confirmation email.

Prices and taxes.

All prices on our website are shown in the currency specified on the website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change the prices of our Products at any time without notice.

Delivery.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to you within the estimated delivery time specified on our website at the time of your order. However, we cannot guarantee that the Products will be delivered within this time frame. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with the physical Products you have received, you may return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that digital downloads, such as digital photographs, are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any issues with your digital download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. To request a return or exchange of physical Products, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Intellectual property.

All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights, remain with us or our licensors. You may not use the Products in any way that infringes upon these rights.

Warranty and liability.

We warrant that the Products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. However, we do not accept liability for any defects that are caused by your misuse of the Products or for any modifications you make to the Products.
